Uchistock

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-03

This policy explains how Ask White (“we”, “us”) handles information in the iOS app Uchistock (the “App”).

1. In short

2. What we do not collect

Through the App we collect no personal information and none of your inventory data — including names, email addresses, location, contacts, the advertising identifier (IDFA), usage statistics or crash logs. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. Data you enter and where it is stored

4. Family sharing

5. Camera and photos

6. Notifications

Date alerts and stockpile rotation reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Their content never passes through our servers. You can turn them off at any time in the App or in your device settings.

7. Purchases

Uchistock Pro purchases and payments are processed by Apple. We only receive Apple’s standard sales reports (such as counts and amounts by country or region); we receive no information that identifies you and no payment details.

8. Recipe search

When you use recipe search, the App opens an external recipe site’s search page in your browser, using the ingredient names you picked as search words. That site’s privacy policy applies from there.

9. Contact form

Messages sent through the form on the Support page (the topic, your message, your email address if you choose to give one, the time sent and your browser type) reach us by email and are used only to reply and respond. The form’s server does not store them. We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and do not share them with third parties, except where required by law. To limit repeated sending, a value derived from the sender’s IP address is recorded temporarily on the server.

10. Children

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. If a child joins family sharing, a parent or guardian should invite and manage them.

11. Deleting your data

You can delete items in the App at any time. Deleting the App removes the data on your device. To delete iCloud data, go to the iPhone Settings app > your name > iCloud > Manage Storage, choose Uchistock and delete its data. Because we have no access to your data, we cannot delete or disclose it on our side.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will post the changes and the date on this page, and announce important changes in the App as well.

13. Contact

For questions about this policy, please use the form on the Support page. Operator: Ask White (Japan).
